We are pleased to share that the poster presented by our team at the EARMA–INORMS Congress 2025 has been selected the winning poster by the expert committee. The event brought together over 2,000 research management professionals from 67 countries, offering a unique platform to exchange ideas and best practices.
Our winning poster, Anonymization: The Future is Unbiased, showcased the implementation of blind evaluation within the Physics for Future (P4F) project, co-funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions COFUND. The approach, which removes identifying information from proposals, aims to promote fairness and reduce bias in the selection of postdoctoral fellows.
The poster highlighted both applicant and evaluator perspectives, with survey results indicating that 72% of applicants and 66% of evaluators considered that anonymization contributed to a fairer evaluation process.
